With their marvelous abilities to relieve stress, pain, and tension, speed healing and increase your mobility, energy and vitality, massage and reflexology can be a lifetime ally in maintaining your ongoing good health.  Bodywork is one of the easiest, simplest and most effective stress busters on the planet.

How can something that feels so good, some might say indulgent, also be so beneficial for you?  Research shows that integrated bodywork decreases muscle tension and reduces stress while increasing circulation and calming the nervous system.  The result is a cascade of physical and mental benefits that can help a variety of conditions. (see benefits page) When you feel your best, you're more likely to be able to face the challenges of every day life.

Look and feel your best with bodywork.  Give yourself, or some one you love, the gift of better health!

I consider myself a professional which is demonstrated in my practice.  My mission is to create a "professional oasis," a warm, safe, welcoming environment where each person who walks through the door is greeted with a smile and treated with the utmost respect and compassion.

Because each one of you is a truly unique individual I listen to and honor your requests for your appointment.  As a movement specialist I draw from a variety of modalities creating a integrated approach.  As a result, each session will be designed to address your specific needs so that you always walk away feeling better.

I do NOT believe in "no pain no gain" with massage and reflexology.  There is a difference between "hurts so good" and "pain."  I strongly believe that pain indicates muscle tissue is being damaged and new trauma created in the nervous system.  My goal is to ease pain through massage and movement thus calming and restoring balance to the nervous system and improving your body's ability to move.  By paying attention to your body and muscle tissue I can work deeply and effectively without pain.  The end result is a session that is both highly therapeutic and deeply relaxing.
